Ok, but a bit clunky

I have yet to find a pair of trail shoes I actually like, but these come close.

These Mizuno Cabrakan’s a good solid shoe, but a few things with regards to it are just so-so..

1. the top portion of the toe has a protective layer, which is sturdy but catches on stuff.
2. shoe is a bit heavy for my tastes, feels a bit clunky
3. tread is EXCELLENT, but I had to glue on a piece with AquaSeal already after a few runs.
4. overall good shoe and good stability factor

I wore them in XTERRA World Championship race this year.
